1. Please take note of the measurements and material stated. The measurement stated might differ by 1-2cm or the colour slightly differs from the photo in the website.

2. Items will only be reserved for 1 day after confirmation of order. Reservation will be cancelled if payment is not made after 1 day from the date of order. Please inform if you wish to extend the reservation.

3. After payment is received, items will be sent out the next working day for ladies ready-stock items. Children’s clothing will be sent out 5-14 days after payment is received, depending on the stock availability.

4. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. We will NOT be responsible for any loss/damage of item(s) through the delivery company.

6. All information provided during the transaction is STRICTLY Private and Confidential.
